Bird's Eye View of Highway thru Greenwood Highway Intersects North Tulsa
As common with many urban planning agendas throughout the U.S., marginalized communities often are afforded no input when it comes to the routing of highways through urban environments. This was true for north Tulsa as I244 was built through the Greenwood neighborhood effectively creating a dividing line seperating north Tulsa from the rest of the city.
